Aid Station Info

The manned AS will be located at the Nordic shelter (also the site of check-in and the start/finish area).  During the day Friday, and both Friday and Saturday night, the AS will be inside the shelter building; runners will need to check-in inside after completing each loop, whether they want to use the AS or not.  During the day on Saturday and Sunday, the AS may be set up outside the shelter (weather permitting); you will also need to check-in here after each loop.

NOTE: We have moved towards being a cupless event; pre-filled paper cups will not be set out at the aid stations.  Runners will be responsible for carrying their own container (bottle, vest, reusable cup, etc.) to refill along the way.  If you do not already have a reusable cup, we will provide you with one at check-in, courtesy of Hammer Nutrition!  Thanks for your help in reducing the trash generated by the race.

We will stock the AS with:
HEED, water, soda
HammerGel, Endurolytes, Fizz
PBJ, Turkey, & Black Bean sandwiches and/or wraps
Bananas, Grapes
Beef Snak-Sticks, String Cheese
Chips, Pretzels, Cookies, Candy
Soup/broth, Mashed Potatoes, Oatmeal (at night or daytime if cold)
Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Apple Cider (at night or daytime if cold)

The unmanned AS is located about half-way around the Blue Loop; crews and spectators are not allowed at the unmanned AS; it will be stocked with:
HEED, water, soda
HammerGel, Endurolytes, Fizz
Cookies, Candy
